Claiming Land
As mayor, you can claim land around the town home block as town land using /t claim. You must pay in-game money to claim land, so make sure you have enough funds first.
Town land can be used by all town residents for building. It is protected from non-town members building or modifying blocks within the town's borders.

An outpost allows you to claim land far away from your main town. To make an outpost:
Stand in the spot you want the outpost and type /t claim outpost
Outposts can have a maximum area of 100 blocks from the outpost home block. You can teleport between your town and outposts using /t outpost [name].

To create a nation:
Type /n new [name] to create it. This costs in-game money like towns.
Invite other towns to join your nation with /n invite [town].

Nations can pool their income, allow fast travel between member towns, and allied nations can cooperate on building projects.
Setting Nation Allies
To set allied nations:
/n ally add [name] - Requests an alliance with another nation.
/n ally remove [name] - Removes a nation as an ally.
When allied, nations can share chat channels, allow free building in towns, and cooperate on projects. Towns can also join nations they are allied with.
Inviting Players to Your Town/Nation
To invite individual players to your town:
/t add [playername]
To invite entire towns to your nation:
/n invite [townname]
Players and towns can choose to accept or deny invitations.
Town Banks
Towns have banks that the mayor must deposit money into. This allows funding projects for the town.
/town deposit [$] - Mayor deposits money into town bank
/town withdraw [$] - Mayor can withdraw money as well
By default, towns cost money daily to run. Make sure your town has enough money in the bank to cover the daily fee, or else the town will be dissolved.
