Sunsetting ETMC

ETMC will return if demand is high enough.

This is not an easy decision to make, but as it stands right now, I cannot reliably provide security or feature updates to the ETMC server anymore. As part of a larger effort to trim down my service offering to try and reduce my personal workload, ETMC and ETMC related web services will no longer receive any updates or fixes. The server will still be playable in its current state, and a world file will be provided soon. The writing has been on the wall for a few weeks now, after a mostly failed launch of ETMC 2.0, and declining playerbase.
